Spring is in the air!

Hello dear friends and thank you so very much for being here! I really appreciate it! Do you agree that there is such a new beginning feeling that comes with the spring equinox? Bulb collecting and dreaming of the beautiful blossoms to come have been part of my recent days. A little walk around the yard brings me lots of smiles and inspiration. The plants work so hard to leaf and eventually flower and it reminds me that good things take time and they are so worth it!

In the last few weeks, the wooly children have been creating quite a wild rumpus in the studio. They have been playing with the silks basket, animal blocks, other wee wooly ones and asking for more friends. I’ve been happily stitching to help that happen. Baby Rory, Sprout, Jay and little Peach were all added in March, as well as a few items of clothing. I also have another 16 inch baby doll, Olivia, nearly ready for her photo shoot. Looking forward to May, I’m planning a 16 inch wooly little one and at least one preschool doll, as well as more spring dresses. So much more fun to come!
