8 inch Waldorf Doll Friend "Pink"
This soft and cuddly, 8 inch Waldorf doll has simple features and is handmade from premium natural and eco friendly materials. Little one is ready to be on the way and will travel carefully tissue wrapped and packaged, perfect for gifting.
I have designed and stitched these 8 inch Waldorf dolls to be dear friends and have the young child in mind. They are easy to hold, have slight facial features and wear a wee little knotted cap. Each of my dolls is lovingly created (by me!) according to Waldorf pedagogy, which values the role of imaginative play in the development of the child. The doll's minimalistic features allow it to better respond to the child's emotions and creativity. As the doll is held it will become warm and absorb the scent of the child and his or her environment.
The materials that I have used to create this little one are as follows: premium Oeko-Tex DeWitte Engel doll skin fabric 102, cleaned and carded fluffy wool stuffing, Oeko-Tex soft cotton plush velour, DMC embroidery floss, Gutermann thread and Stockmar beeswax crayon No. 1.
